We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Senior Associate Fund Administration. Reporting to the Associate Director, Funds, this full-time and permanent position is based in our Guernsey office, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Funds business and its’ growth. Purpose of Role: The Senior Associate – Fund Administration will take ownership of day to day service delivery for a portfolio of Funds clients, acting as a key client contact and supporting the Associate Director in driving high quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance across the Funds business.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Funds, fiduciary, or professional services environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory environment is highly desirable but not necessarily a barrier for candidates with strong transferable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, demonstrating commercial awareness and a strong understanding of client structures and objectives
  • Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of Funds clients, managing ongoing relationships and responding to complex client queries independently
  • Support the RMs and Associate Directors with the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Attend client meetings, both face-to-face and via Teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Risk and other service lines) to deliver seamless client outcomes.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure fees are billed accurately in line with client agreements and support effective debtor management
  • Working on various projects as required.
  • Comply with all local regulatory and AML/CFT/PF requirements.
  • Ensure adherence with all local and Group policies and procedures that are relevant to the role.
