Job Summary: The Senior Associate, Finance will support high level financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that span the enterprise. This role works closely with the Director, Finance and collaborates with cross functional partners to support consolidated forecasting, corporate level reporting, and strategic financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or other financial related area.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience to include banking, accounting, auditing and/or financial reporting.
  • Ability to develop effective ongoing partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and reporting timeframes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Specialized, technical skills to include financial analysis, data mining and manipulation, and statistical analysis.
  • Effective communication skills with business leaders at different levels, frequently sharing information with others while listening to and understanding their points of view.
  • Excellent in thinking through and solving problems step by step, often looking for creative solutions to a problem.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, SmartView or similar management reporting system preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support consolidated monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the enterprise.
  • Prepare financial analyses, variance explanations, and consolidated performance summaries for senior leadership.
  • Assist in developing corporate‑level metrics, dashboards, and analytical tools used for strategic planning and enterprise performance management.
  • Build an understanding of company‑wide financial drivers, capital structure considerations, and corporate‑level trends.
  • Support preparation of consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections by gathering inputs from various finance partners.
  • Contribute to enterprise performance review materials by compiling data, identifying trends, and summarizing insights for leadership.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Board reporting and other executive‑level deliverables.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve corporate reporting processes, enhance data integrity, and streamline consolidation workflows.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and corporate decision making.
