About The Position

True Classic is hiring a Senior Associate, Executive Support & Office Management (Temporary) to lead executive support, personal assistance, and workplace experience for senior leadership and our Calabasas office. This is a temporary 3–4 month assignment. In this role you will manage high-level administrative and operational responsibilities across multiple executives while overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless executive support and a well-run, high-functioning workplace environment. All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), Slack, and productivity tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives (e.g., CEO, Founder, or leadership team)
  • Experience in office management or workplace operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Experience planning events or managing office culture initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate personal travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation
  • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve scheduling and logistical issues
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries across executives
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and track key projects
  • Support business travel logistics, including occasional advance travel preparation
  • Lead special projects and handle ad-hoc requests with efficiency and discretion
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and productive environment
  • Manage office vendors (cleaning, maintenance, supplies, etc.) and related budgets
  • Coordinate office logistics including seating, equipment, and supplies
  • Plan and execute in-office events, team gatherings, and employee experiences
  • Partner with leadership to maintain a positive, high-performing office culture
  • Ensure office policies, procedures, and systems are documented and maintained
  • Partner on onboarding logistics, employee experience, and office culture initiatives
  • Coordinate vendor management and workplace logistics
  • Track and manage office-related budgets and expenses
  • Align on priorities, scheduling, and business needs
  • Support office tech setup and coordination for employees and vendors
