Join our team and create your future. The Senior Associate, Events supports the execution of strategically aligned programs within the Events Center of Excellence (ECoE). This role manages defined event workstreams and medium-complexity programs while ensuring alignment to governance standards, audience engagement objectives, brand expectations, and performance metrics. The Senior Associate bridges tactical execution and emerging strategic leadership, applying disciplined planning, data accuracy, and proactive stakeholder coordination to deliver high-quality, executive-facing experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of event management or marketing program experience.
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft suite Event management platforms such as Cvent CRM such as Salesforce (preferred)
  • Core Skills & Competencies Industry Knowledge: Understanding of various event environments.
  • Execution Excellence: Skilled in managing event logistics and deliverables with strategic awareness.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to identify problems and opportunities; generating and evaluating alternatives.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with peers and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Innovation & Change Management: Uses event tools and platforms with efficiency (including AI-enhanced technology) for continuous improvement contributions.

  • Experience supporting executive-facing or high-visibility programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution & Workstream Leadership Lead defined event workstreams or independently manage medium-complexity programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery Support run-of-show development and execution logistics.
  • Ensure alignment with established Events CoE operational frameworks, templates and standards.
  • Facilitate portions of planning meetings and present status updates to stakeholders.
  • Experience & Engagement Support Support audience-journey execution, including registration flows, communications, and engagement touchpoints.
  • Coordinate executive-facing logistics and structured networking components.
  • Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across event materials.
  • Measurement & Reporting Maintain accurate event data within event management platforms and CRM systems.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and KPI metrics.
  • Support post-event reporting, including documentation of insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends or execution improvements for future programs.
  • Draft initial performance insights and recommendations for Manager review.
  • Vendor & Budget Coordination Coordinate vendor logistics and contracts within approved frameworks.
  • Monitor budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with external partners and suppliers Team Collaboration Support cross-functional planning coordination.
  • Model governance discipline and proactive communication.
