Digital acquisition is one of Amex’s top priorities. Core to delivering on this priority are card and banking application and onboarding experiences that enable our customers to apply for our products with the least amount of effort, wherever and however they choose to apply. In addition to an enormous emphasis on users and usability, our team is responsible for ensuring that we attract and engage the right prospects and fit them with the right products that serve their needs. We are looking for a passionate, talented, and adaptable strategic thought leader to help power the growth of profitable prospect acquisitions at American Express while delivering the intelligence to prioritize customer needs. In this role, you will engage and collaborate with various teams across marketing, analytics, tech and product to help drive the anti-gaming and offer decisioning strategy of the new in-application experience. You will be responsible for executing on the Card & Offer Decision Engine’s platform vision, enhancing cross-functional product roadmaps, and build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
