About The Position
Qualifications Master’s degree is required. At least five years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or a related sector, with demonstrated administrative responsibilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, and external partners. Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. in Computer Science/Data Science or a terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D., J.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in a related discipline is strongly preferred. At least five years of senior academic administrative experience (e.g., department chair, associate dean). Demonstrated record of leadership in academic, industry, legal, or nonprofit settings. Experience in strategic planning, curriculum innovation, and enrollment management.
