The Commercial Operations team is part of the Sales Compliance organization that is composed of 4 unique functions - Revenue Reconciliation, Contract Operations, User Access Controls, Commercial Operations. As an organization we are responsible for ensuring that our deals are accurate, compliant, and the necessary controls are in place so we can safeguard DoorDash’s revenue across all business lines. The Commercial Operations team play a unique role in partnering directly with SMB & Enterprise sales across all business lines to not only ensure compliance, but to also accelerate deal velocity, reduce friction for sales in the quoting & contract processes, and owning deal structuring for high complex deals. The Senior Associate on the Commercial Ops team will be managing aspects of the deal approval process including establishing policies over deal execution to ensure accuracy of system data and approvers to maintain compliance, while enabling Doordash velocity by optimizing sales productivity. This position will play a key role in expanding the Commercial operations function across DoorDash while enabling strategic opportunities and providing critical support to the sales organization that will drive efficiencies, and more robust controls. In addition, you will be proactive in identifying and implementing systems and process improvements to help grow and scale the business.
