Senior Associate, Brand Program Manager (Risk and Well-Managed) The Brand department works to make Capital One’s products, services, and enterprise brand easy to recognize, remember and choose for our consumers. We do this with best in class evidence-based marketing strategy, research, executions, and creative. What keeps us at the top of our craft? The people. WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide process and program support for the Brand’s Horizontal Operations team: Support Brand’s Well Managed Agenda Own logistics and scheduling for forums, meetings, and ceremonies Manage intakes and own record keeping and organization for all necessary documentation Execute pre and post communications Be a beacon with a Well Managed mindset Assist in Brand Communications Partner on drafting top of house communications Partner to bring necessary creative to life to support clear and engaging communications Stay informed on enterprise communications best practices to create communications that enable our associates to do their best work Design and Support Top of House Programming, Events and Experiences Coordinate logistics (executive support, calendar management, preparation) Work behind the scenes to execute day-of tasks to great first class associate experiences Organize, track and communicate Brand’s award portfolio Be a thought partner around activations and overall experience WHO YOU ARE You want to be an EVIDENCE-BASED MARKETER.
