The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with a dynamic legal team.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Manage complex insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts from inception through resolution
Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance policies and coverage provisions to assess liability and exposure
Provide strategic legal advice and prepare client status reports
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
