Responsibilities
- Represent clients in environmental litigation, insurance defense, and other high-stakes litigation matters
- Appear in court, take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and arbitrations
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues
- Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload, with support from a collaborative team
- Stay current on developments in insurance defense, environmental, and commercial litigation
