About The Position

Our Miami office seeks a talented Associate with 5+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience, preferred. Background in premise liability, construction, and other complex litigation is a plus. Previous experience in civil and commercial litigation is preferred Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy An intrinsic client-first approach, ensuring impeccable service Previous experience in insurance defense is an asset, though not mandatory. A hunger for growth, a customer-first mindset, and impeccable organizational skills Member of Florida Bar in good standing, required Your Day-to-Day: Draft/review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial. Requirements

5+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
An intrinsic client-first approach, ensuring impeccable service
A hunger for growth, a customer-first mindset, and impeccable organizational skills
Member of Florida Bar in good standing
Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
