Requirements

  • BA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related role
  • Hands-on knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. Premiere and After-Effects appreciated but not required.
  • Exceptional typography skills with a keen attention to detail and version control.
  • A strong working knowledge of design, social and digital marketing and brand development in the healthcare space
  • Able to lead brainstorm and ideation session as well as produce creative and strategic solutions with a fresh perspective
  • Confidently juggle several projects at the same time

Nice To Haves

  • Premiere and After-Effects appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative output for assigned clients, being responsible for quality of work, clear art direction and managing hours and expectations
  • Captain accounts and drive the collaborative efforts across disciplines to deliver the best work possible and contribute to the development of digital media and best-in-class content.
  • Ability to prioritize work and resources across projects based on short and long-term needs for the imre health creative team
  • Becoming an expert on applying our empathetic approach to healthcare marketing and mentoring team members to adopt that methodology
  • Have an ability to interpret and incorporate client feedback in a timely manner, and work to exceed the client's expectations in delivery
  • Play an active role in new business pitches, concepting and developing concepts into content. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on organic growth
