About The Position

You will work with the Account, Strategy and Copy teams to conceptualize and execute design updates for a comprehensive system of Digital Menu Boards, as well as contribute to future innovation initiatives for a leading QSR brand.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing interactive experiences in the digital and physical space
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work with Account, Strategy, Motion and Copy teams to execute and deliver engaging Digital Menu Board designs and innovations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, and oversee the day-to-day work of associate creatives
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure ideas and designs latter up to the strategy, specs and assignment of the brief
  • Comfortable operating in full digital workflows, including but not limited to: Working within accessibility standards Prepping and delivering pixel-perfect files for delivery Understanding of atomic design systems Experience in AirTable a plus!
  • A strong understanding of UX flows, typography, color, layout design, hierarchy, and user experience
  • Strong portfolio with examples of recent digital and physical projects demonstrating creative thinking and flawless execution
  • Is a purveyor of pop culture, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviors, cultural trends and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with a positive, helpful, and team-focused mentality
  • Expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead and collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts that work within a design system and invokes interaction and engagement
  • Support and own the creative process from original concept to final execution
  • Interpret briefs to concept and create designs that are strategically driven and compelling - not just "pretty"
  • Manage and balance multiple jobs and projects daily, meet timelines and expectations, while measuring and improving efficiency
  • Maintain knowledge and skills of creative applications, staying on top of new and evolving technology
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our bespoke production platform to ensure designs are fully compatible with and effectively executed within the system
  • Think conceptually and strategically to discover the best way to problem-solve for design and technical challenges
  • Be a constant learner, with a passion for actively staying ahead of the curve and exploring digital tools, trends/standard methodologies, and styles, as well as advertising and design styles
  • Be a team player by collaborating, working hard, and always pushing the envelope
