Requirements
- Active Florida 2-15 license
- 3+ years of annuity, life insurance, or retirement sales experience
- High-volume inside sales or call center background preferred
- Proven consultative closing ability
- Competitive, motivated, and coachable
- Organized, process-driven, and accountable
Nice To Haves
- Series 6, 7, 63, or 65
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales appointments focused on annuities and retirement income
- Partner with Medicare Agents to identify annuity opportunities
- Present compliant, client-aligned solutions
- Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and closing
- Maintain carrier and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
