About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Manager to join our CRM Activations team. The team is responsible for delivering data products, strategy and solutions to drive CRM engagement for all businesses. You will be responsible for improving the understanding of customers, deploying cohesive segmentation and personalization strategy and driving data strategy operations for all CRM campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, marketing analytics, or a related field. Master’s Degree in Business preferred.
  • 8-10 years of strategy focused analytics experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or CRM domain
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytics projects and solutions into compelling, visual narratives that drive strategic marketing decisions
  • Expert-level SQL for complex data extraction and transformation
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Proven ability to build and maintain complex data models and customer schemas
  • Technical understanding of Rest/JSON APIs
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance protocols like CCPA/GDPR consent logics
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience integrating data layers to execution platforms like Tealium CDP, Adobe Campaign Manager, Attentive etc.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with lines of businesses (LOBs) to understand their data and segmentation requirements for CRM marketing and convert that into weekly, monthly and quarterly plans
  • Drive a team of analysts to identify and expose new data signals to help drive user understanding
  • Collaborate with internal product managers and engineering teams to update existing products and solutions to optimize segmentation efforts
  • Optimize and automate CRM activations data strategy operations
  • Build optimization tools and frameworks for audience distribution among LOBs for ever changing business needs
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions.
  • Share data findings and project status with leadership using compelling data story telling
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve and drive differentiation.
