As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the Activations team to succeed within Stand Together’s complex operating model. This role is responsible for leading cross‑functional integration across core community capabilities, including knowledge systems, finance and accounting, and strategy and partnerships, ensuring the team has the structure, insight, and resources needed to execute effectively. This is not a traditional project management or administrative role; it is an execution‑oriented operations position designed to help the team move faster, reduce risk, and scale sustainably.
