About The Position

This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As a Sr. Analyst, Supplier Enablement & Insights, reporting to the Director of Business Performance Strategy Planning and Insights, you will work on projects supporting our operational supplier spend, customer reporting, and incentive management processes.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of Procurement, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, or Revenue Management experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hybrid work schedule from McLean, VA

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or Revenue Management
  • Four (4) years of Procurement or Supply Management experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SQL

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage HSM's program participation reporting process which involves maintaining current customer reports, support of onboarding new customers and troubleshooting report or system errors.
  • Support and collaborate on HSM's Incentive Management process, including revenue (fee) calculations, validation against supplier payments, and supplier invoicing.
  • Support in auditing data quality of incoming spend to ensure completeness and accuracy, measuring standardized metrics and engaging with suppliers when adjustments are needed.
  • Directly manage the onboarding of newly contracted suppliers to HSM's reporting process, ensuring the correct suppliers are identified and that external users understand reporting guidelines and expectations.
  • Be the primary contact for ad hoc and strategic reporting needs, partnering with internal stakeholders for support on spend data collection and analytics for small and large scope projects.
