Position Summary As the Senior Analyst you will manage return goods relationships with key pharmaceutical suppliers with particular attention to driving financial results. You will be best in class, delivering financial results with accuracy, discipline and diligence, in a highly visible fast pace and evolving marketplace, proactively identifying opportunities, to create business solutions while supporting leadership team’s ad hoc inquiries by preparing analysis and presentations and prepare presentations that effectively deliver key facts, findings, and a compelling narrative to internal and external stakeholders. In order to be successful in this role you must own the analysis of key business drivers in financial reconciliations with top pharmaceutical suppliers to support strategic business decisions and proactively highlight issues. You’ll develop sound working relationships with internal and external supplier business partners to evaluate opportunities, while collaborating to resolve business critical concerns. Utilize your experience interacting with clients, direct reports, peers, supervisors, and/or senior executives to provide accurate and detailed reporting in this fast paced environment. If you have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, meeting deadlines, and can effectively communicate in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent, including the ability to present findings and influence decisions across all levels of the organization then you’ll succeed in this role.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years analytical experience demonstrating superior problem solving skills with experience analyzing data in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) & Access.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client/customer facing role where working with contracts and financial data are key components.
  • Ability to travel to Cumberland, RI office 2 days per week
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
