The Deal Desk is a centralized, corporate Revenue Operations function responsible for governing non-standard, high-value commercial deals across PointClickCare. The team partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure pricing, billing, and contractual decisions balance customer flexibility with disciplined financial standards. This role operates as a senior individual contributor within the Deal Desk, supporting strategic deal reviews and serving as a trusted advisor on complex commercial structures. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in enabling deal velocity while maintaining consistency, transparency, and governance. Job Summary: The Senior Analyst, RevOps Deal Desk supports PointClickCareâs centralized Deal Desk by leading financial analysis, deal structuring, and preparation for complex, non-standard commercial deals. This role exists to provide rigorous, data-driven insights that inform pricing, billing, and contract decisions for high-impact opportunities. The Senior Analyst partners closely with the Manager, RevOps Deal Desk, to evaluate risk, assess tradeoffs, and ensure deals align with established governance standards. This position requires strong judgment, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
