What you'll do: Support project execution by understanding business needs and assisting in solution development aligned with priorities and milestones. Manage small projects or work streams, resolving critical issues, monitoring progress, and escalating complex challenges as needed. Track project expenditures, budgets, and scope changes while providing clear performance reports and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and adapt to organizational changes and competing demands. Apply expertise to develop and improve action plans supporting business goals and customer needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to all audiences.
Ability to identify and resolve project issues, manage scope changes, and track budgets effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive improvements and informed decision-making.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
