Position Summary This position can be Work From Anywhere in the United States - This position will support the several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities. - This role will focus on coordination and collaboration amongst of work for Medicaid Provider Operations and internal -Will be lead for work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turn around times.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • Ability to take detailed notes to be shared internally and externally
  • General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • QNXT systems experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience using project tracking systems (Asana)
  • Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead).
  • Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous Medicaid expansions or new implementations
