About The Position

This position is a multipurpose task position. It supports the attainment of new business plans while achieving or exceeding financial goals, completes pricing assignments and workflow within the department, and provides experienced-based analysis to Penske Logistics Senior Leadership, Penske Solution team members, and Penske Logistics field operations. Recommendations include identifying pricing risks, explaining pricing standards, presenting alternatives, and highlighting possible expense recovery gaps in customer proposed pricing. The role also measures new business activity, continually improves new business pricing processes, supports Product Line special projects and research, and monitors and updates pricing standard factors in pricing templates. Responsibilities

• To provide coaching and associate development of the Sr. Financial Analysts and Financial Analysts supporting the Solution Team.
• Develop costing and pricing while working with the Product Line Managers to support Enterprise business pricing while achieving or exceeding our financial goals.
• Develop costing and pricing while working with the Product Line Managers to support New business pricing while achieving or exceeding our financial goals.
• Develop costing and pricing while working with the Product Line Managers to support Add or existing pricing while achieving or exceeding our financial goals.
• Assists Product Line leadership on special projects and other assignments as needed.
• Research and provide Product Line leadership with information on competitive pricing and costing.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
