Summary: Performs broad-impact financial analysis with a high impact on the overall organization by collaboratively working cross-functionally on company pricing proposals. Presents financial data to senior cross functional management to support the decision-making process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent Business field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topics
• Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven.
• Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
• Knowledge of a range of automated financial systems and applications software.
• Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual financial reports, statements, and/or projections.
• Ability to prioritize work and ensure all needed tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
• Curious with the ability to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Global Marketing and Sales, Global Pricing teams, and cross‑functional teams to understand pricing proposals, validate information, and translate business needs into meaningful financial analysis.
• Analyze complex global Marketing and Sales pricing proposals and strategies, delivering timely and accurate financial insights to support C-level executive decision‑making.
• Develop, prepare, and present financial data and insights to C-level executive management.
• Validate Sales Allowance proposals and conduct financial analysis using Salesforce and other internal tools.
• Represent Finance on the Product Line Team, providing analytical support and strategic financial guidance.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
