Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in project management
Ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies and tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
A growth mindset and adaptability to change and digital transformation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholder teams
Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality
Implement scorecards and tracking mechanisms to measure performance
Identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions for operational challenges
Support business solutions through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
