Candidate will lead and manage daily operations for the Search, Track, Acquire, Radiate, Eliminate (STARE) Project Office within the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires portfolio; responsible to develop, test, acquire, field, and sustain world-class radar and sensor technologies, enabling long-range detection discrimination, tracking, and destruction of multi-domain threat capabilities through the integration with mission command and effector systems. Candidate will support the integration of multi-discipline functions and products essential to major defense acquisition programs and other than major systems or subsystems. Key stakeholder collaboration will include the Joint Staff, OSD, HQDA, Fires Center of Excellence, PAE Fires, Capability Portfolio Executive (CPE) Fires (Offensive), Combat Capabilities Development Command, MDA and SMDC. Candidate will serve as an advisor for a KBR Leadership program to develop and deploy monthly training and mentoring programs. These programs provide professional development, networking, community outreach, career and personal enrichment, to motivate, retain and develop our KBR team members and transform them into future leaders.
