The function, with approximately 500 colleagues, supports early career, experienced, and executive hiring, as well as our New to Blue onboarding experience. How will you make an impact in this role? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Learning and Communications, the Senior Learning and Communications Analyst will design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging learning interventions and communications for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG). This role blends instructional design, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure Talent Acquisition colleagues are informed, empowered, and equipped to deliver the best candidate experience.
