This role is responsible for two key areas: People Analytics and Equity Administration. People Analytics - working closely with the CHRO and Head of Total Rewards, develops and delivers data-driven people analytics and insights, and recommending action based on data trends. This includes turnover and retention, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and performance, and retirement. Additionally, work with total rewards and finance on validating annual compensation performance metrics. Ultimately, development of a dynamic HR data dashboard that reflects the data and HR metrics that provide strategic value toward enhancing X-energy’s Employment Experience. Equity Administration – Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards, manages all equity administration, including tracking of grants, vesting schedules, forfeitures, share availability, proxy support, and award agreements and plan documents through X-energy’s Stock Administration Platform.
