Job Description This key position within the Growth Marketing team is responsible for supporting the digital go-to-market (GTM) strategy and customer segmentation. The role focuses on audience targeting, measurement, governance, data analysis and strategic optimizations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize digital campaigns. The role is critical in analyzing and interpreting complex marketing datasets to deliver actional insights that optimize strategies and performance. The Senior Analyst will help design and implement marketing analytics models and design measurement plans for digital campaigns. This role requires a data-driven analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re seeking someone ready to power growth and take our campaigns to the next level. Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL; Python is a plus.
  • Experience with AI platforms (modeling, insights, and workflow)
  • Extensive experience working with complex data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, technology and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

  • Experience with campaign data, customer segmentation, and advanced marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of broad UPS business strategies and customer needs (internal candidates).
  • Experience working directly with UPS data in CDP and other platforms (internal candidates).
  • Experience with analytics platforms (such as Adobe Analytics) and SEO/AEO/GEO research platforms to support program measurement and optimization.
  • Familiarity with next-gen content optimization for AEO/GEO.
  • Strong writing, editing and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, engaging with leadership at various levels and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of content lifecycles and effective campaign structures.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize creative solutions and engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to digital campaign strategies across email, account-based marketing, paid search, advertising and other channels.
  • Collaborate with execution-focused teams for campaign delivery, measurement, and refinement.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns aligned with GTM archetypes (sales- and non-sales-aligned), leveraging UPS data for effective segmentation and messaging.
  • Identify, conceive, and test new campaign ideas based on campaign and audience data to drive revenue growth, retention, and reduced customer churn across digital channels.
  • Utilize innovative thinking, data and insights to improve digital marketing programs that encourage cross-sell/upsell opportunities while enhancing brand consideration.
  • Manages technical implementation of a suite of tools and platforms to enhance performance measurement and strategic decision-making
  • Partner with distribution teams to implement advanced campaign performance metrics and reporting tools; reports on campaign health on a regular basis, including lead generation and campaign metrics.
  • Owns the data pipeline, experimentation roadmap, content governance and ROI storytelling.
  • Impact business processes, campaign priorities, and success metrics while managing multiple projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing leadership, channel owners, agency partners, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
