$75,000 - $90,000Remote

About The Position

The Talent Marketing Specialist executes marketing programs and produces partner-ready assets that drive student registrations, candidate volume, and partner value for Clasp Talent. This role owns end-to-end delivery for campaigns (email + social + paid), event/webinar marketing, and updates to partner/program landing pages—working cross-functionally with Partner Success, Design/Creative, and other stakeholders to hit timelines and maintain brand/compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in lifecycle/email marketing, performance marketing support, or marketing operations (B2B2C a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot (or similar ESP), Canva, CMS workflows (Sanity or equivalent), and ad platforms (Meta/TikTok/Google).
  • Excellent project management: can juggle many concurrent requests, manage dependencies, and hit immovable event deadlines.
  • High attention to detail (disclaimers, compliance notes, correct dates/times, correct role/program naming).

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and deliver marketing emails in HTML/HubSpot for partners, associations, and Clasp audiences; incorporate stakeholder feedback and manage final approvals and handoff for deployment.
  • Manage nurture and reminder sends for event registrants (e.g., “see you tomorrow” reminders), draft copy, and coordinate lists/segments as needed.
  • Coordinate creation, partner review, launch, and measurement for paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta/TikTok/Google where applicable).
  • Pull and share campaign performance metrics on defined dates; maintain/clean tracking spreadsheets and ensure UTMs/tracking are correctly implemented.
  • Produce and ship event collateral (one-pagers, postcards, flyers, signage), manage ordering logistics, and ensure materials are accurate and on time for conferences/career fairs.
  • Create webinar/event promotional assets (LinkedIn/social graphics), ensure required disclaimers are included, and flag/correct registration page details when needed.
  • Implement minor-to-moderate website updates to partner/program landing pages (copy edits, image swaps, formatting fixes) and troubleshoot small issues quickly to meet go-live dates.
  • Create and maintain reusable Canva templates (e.g., partner social templates, blog cover templates) and adapt assets for different roles/audiences (e.g., SLP, Optometry, CRNA).
  • Develop ad and conference creative, coordinating reviews with internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner closely with Partner Success to route assets for partner approval, meet external deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed of status and next steps.
  • Intake requests via Jira and ensure deliverables include the details needed to execute quickly (audience, role, due date, channel specs, compliance notes).

Benefits

  • Competitive cash and equity compensation
  • Health benefits (health, dental, & vision), 401k
  • Commuter benefits
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Opportunities to grow and perform in a fast-paced environment alongside a stellar team.
