About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence across global revenue and demand planning processes. The Senior Analyst will leverage AI-driven tools to optimize forecasting, inventory management, and reporting while collaborating across multiple teams and regions. You will analyze complex data sets, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and operational KPIs. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional capable of managing multiple projects and driving process improvements across global teams. Success is measured by enhanced efficiency, accurate reporting, and the ability to influence strategic revenue operations initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Account Management, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, IF statements, complex modeling, automation, data transformation).
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools and analytics solutions.
  • Strong process development, change management, and project execution skills.
  • Ability to synthesize disparate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across regions and time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Co-Pilot, and familiarity with revenue forecasting and planning models is a plus.
  • Project Management or Agile certification (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and document end-to-end revenue operations processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the global organization.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new tools, operating models, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, metrics, and reports to support forecasting, backlog, shipment, and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify risks and opportunities, particularly in excess inventory depletion and end-of-life product planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PLM, Route-To-Market, and Supply Chain, to orchestrate demand shaping and product transitions.
  • Provide actionable insights to Sales, Account Management, and senior leadership to enhance revenue planning and operational effectiveness.
  • Support quarterly metrics reporting, AI-driven analytics initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts.
