Job Purpose The Senior Analyst, Global Benefits is a senior fully proficient individual contributor and a core member of the Total Rewards team, working in close partnership with peer roles responsible for Benefits, Compensation, and Global Mobility. This role independently manages complex, multi-country benefits programs and initiatives, including supporting benefits due diligence, integration, and harmonization activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The Senior Benefits Analyst applies deep subject matter expertise to analyze, administer, and optimize global benefits offerings, providing authoritative guidance, advanced analytics, and operational leadership to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization’s integrated Total Rewards strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and analysis, preferably including global or multi-country benefits programs.
  • Experience supporting employee benefits through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or organizational integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors, complex renewals, and compliance activities.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability; experience developing senior-level reporting and insights.
  • Experience working within an integrated Total Rewards organization
  • Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a global environment.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
  • High degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and administer complex global health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits programs across multiple regions.
  • Lead benefits activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including program assessment, transition planning, data analysis, and implementation support.
  • Partner with regional HR teams to adapt global benefits frameworks to local requirements while maintaining program consistency and integrity.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of global and regional benefits vendor relationships, including performance management and issue resolution.
  • Conduct advanced cost, utilization, and trend analysis; develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, competitiveness, and employee value.
  • Support benefits budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling in collaboration with Finance.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for global benefits compliance, supporting audits, filings, and regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support benefits due diligence and risk assessment for M&A activity, identifying compliance, financial, and operational considerations and providing recommendations to Total Rewards leadership.
  • Maintain and enhance global benefits policies, controls, and documentation to support governance, consistency, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop advanced reporting and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, employee experience, and market competitiveness.
  • Translate complex benefits data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Provide informal guidance or mentoring to junior analysts or HR partners as a recognized subject matter expert.
