The Senior Analyst - EC W&D position is responsible for billing and operations for a defined logistics field. Their main duties include managing daily inbound outbound SCM activities, processing AR/AP transactions, data analysis for reporting, and conducting research for new business development to upper management.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management systems
  • Experiences using TMS and SAP
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Logistics, W&D, SCM, and/or Business Administration

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Korean
  • 4 - 7 Years of Experience in Logistics, W&D, SCM, and/or Business Administration

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate freight moves with customers and carriers
  • Report cumulative accounting data along with delivery information
  • Analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
  • Resolve any arising logistics problems
  • Scheduling and monitoring inbound and outbound transportation
  • Overseeing warehouse operations including and trouble shooting any issues
  • Ensuring on-time shipping and maintaining safety inventory level
  • Coordinating with customer, vendor, and other departments to ensure quality services
  • Provide logistics services including warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation
  • Audit A/R & A/P invoices and process payments using TMS and SAP
  • Process A/R billing to customers using TMS, SAP, and Manual invoices
  • Provide logistics services including warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation
  • Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
  • Maintain and analyze logistics data
  • Monitor full manufacturing order cycle including JIT, JIS, and ASN
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
  • Monitor in/outbound of freight on ocean, inland, or air
  • Other duties as assigned
