About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Customer Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring everyone’s favorite Kodiak products are always on shelves for our consumers to enjoy. Supporting our Operations department, this customer-facing role is focused on collaboration, planning, forecasting, and replenishment for our key retail accounts. This role will analyze inventory, shipments, ordering trends, and demand to ensure we are making the best decisions to achieve in-stock targets and maximize service for the business.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years working in supply chain function.
  • Bachelors degree in supply chain, finance, economics, accounting, or related previous work experience in supply chain planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to present information to various audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quality and accuracy of work top of mind.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with large retail accounts such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support business growth and drive operational efficiencies, working jointly with our Sales Account Teams, Operations Planning Teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and drive CPFR process improvements through cross-functional collaboration and customer partnership to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Influence replenishment plans for key accounts that ensure product availability within the balance of the total supply chain.
  • Maintain industry On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) service levels and In-Stock goals each month
  • Identify and lead cost-savings initiatives related to customer chargebacks and allowances, as well as supporting management of spoils & defectives related to inventory management.
  • Own weekly and monthly metric reporting and root cause analysis for key accounts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support new product launches and end of lifecycle management within key customer supply chains – maximizing service and forecast accuracy for new launches and minimizing mark down risks associated with end of life.
  • Seek out innovative methods for accomplishing goals and objectives.
  • Pivot when disruptions occur in today's unpredictable supply chain.
