About The Position

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Performance Management, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Compensation & Performance Management team reporting to the Director, Compensation, you will support projects including partnering with compensation and HR leaders to execute on pay strategies that enable Hilton's industry-leading culture, help ensure compensation is aligned with market practices, and preparing compensation-related analyses, dashboards, and presentations for senior team leaders. This role requires analytical experience and a drive to make an impact. You can step back and assess how to best drive strategic discussion with compensation leaders and HR partners, recognizing the role that Team Member compensation and performance management plays within the broader talent and business strategy of the organization.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficiency in producing leadership-ready presentations

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Expertise in advanced tools (e.g, PowerBI, Python, R, Tableau, and SAS)
  • Compensation, HR, consulting, finance, or strategy experience with a large global organization
  • Industry experience in hospitality or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Make compensation recommendations using internal and external data, industry trends, and local tax and legislative requirements.
  • Develop, analyze, and provide cyclical reporting in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide consultative compensation services for HR partners to support our talent agenda\: attracting, retaining, and progressing top talent.
  • Implement measurements of compensation and performance management and programs to ensure effectiveness, usage, and awareness.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other business partners in implementing compensation policies.
  • Participate in industry compensation groups to ensure Hilton's competitive position within the industry.
  • Work with compensation team leaders on goals to accomplish department initiatives.
  • Actively seek to improve and streamline existing processes and programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including analysis to support various local and national reporting requirements.
