Weâre looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to partner closely with the Compensation Manager in building, operating, and enhancing our compensation programs. In this role, youâll take ownership of defined compensation processes and analytical workstreams while contributing to broader program improvements. This is an experienced individual contributor role designed for someone who is highly quantitative, analytically rigorous, and comfortable operating with minimal day-to-day oversight in a lean environment. Youâll work extensively in Excel, build and maintain models, and apply structured thinking to solve complex but well-scoped problems. You will support compensation initiatives across base pay, incentives, and equity programs, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and sound decision-making. Youâll be part of a small, high-impact People team supporting a technically sophisticated and intellectually curious company. We value precision, sound judgment, and strong analytical reasoning, and weâre looking for someone who enjoys going deep into the numbers while strengthening scalable compensation practices.
