Join our team as a Senior Analyst, Compensation and Analytics, and play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing compensation and interpreting data to design and implement effective compensation programs. A key focus will be tracking and reporting compensation payouts against plan performance, particularly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will also be involved in Annual Operating Planning as it relates to sales compensation build out. Your insights will ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
