The Senior Analyst, Commercial Development supports Go-To-Market execution for assigned sales channels, ensuring alignment with the annual operating plan and sales objectives. This role provides critical analysis and insights to guide decisions across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Working cross-functionally, the Senior Analyst helps implement strategies, optimize processes, and monitor performance to drive results with speed, accuracy, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales, Category, Marketing, or related functions in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficient business and financial acumen.
  • Proficient skill in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient skill in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM systems.
  • Intermediate skill level using artificial intelligence business tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Foodservice channels (preferred).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Supports the Go-To-Market strategy to achieve all AOP (annual operating plan) and Sales objectives.
  • Participates and/or leads projects as needed.
  • Understands key business drivers of customers to identify and recognize growth opportunities.
  • Leverages customer, category, channel/segment, and insights to provide direct input into the P&L.
  • Responsible for setting and revising forecasts to ensure operational excellence and delivery of business objectives.
  • Responsible for gathering structured and unstructured information to guide forecast.
  • Gathers detailed information, analyzes, and investigates to create forecasts that incorporate sound understanding of risk, opportunity, and gaps to plan.
  • Identifies and executes process improvements, with a broad understanding of issues and goals.
  • Works directly with customers and brokers.
