Our consultancy is looking for highly motivated and talented Implementation Business Analysts. We are looking for peak performers who have a passion for business, a joy in solving problems and a work ethic that doesn't rest until the job is done. We are seeking a senior-level BA that has worked on projects involving system transitions or a new system build-out. This is a hands‑on, independent role requiring someone who can operate with minimal guidance. Ideal candidates would possess 5-10+ years of business analysis experience, with critical thinking and leadership, including experience with implementation projects. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, have superior oral and written communication skills, a client service focus, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations and implement complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role will be working with our client in the property and casualty insurance industry. Insurance industry experience is preferred. The position is 100% remote.
