The TEMP Senior Analyst - Business Planning Support position will support the CEO with all phase of daily tasks including report management, compliance with company policy, and meeting preparation. They must track status updates of outstanding projects and prepare reports to the CEO. In addition, they must manage the CEO's calendar including scheduling and communication. They will also need to gain understanding of GLOVIS business to gradually expand their R&R.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbally Required
  • Advanced Microsoft software (ex. Excel, Power Point, World, and other database management systems) Required
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with ability to multitask Required
  • Must be flexible with work hours Required
  • Must have previous experience as personal assistant to CEO in a mid to large company Required
  • Previous project management experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 - 5 Years of direct experience in C - Suite Assistant for mid-large sized company Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 4 - 7 Years of direct experience in C - Suite Assistant for mid-large sized company Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance of company objectives and projects
  • Prepare any and all reports pertaining to all matters of company operations
  • Assist with policy management and compliance
  • Coordinate and manage all event attendance (internal company meetings, external customer/vendor meetings, events)
  • Monitor compliance with Red Folder requests
  • Support customer-facing meetings by assembling relevant data, presentations, and discussion materials
  • Consolidate materials and talking points for meetings with global headquarters and internal cross-functional meetings
  • Provide oversight on Web Site Policy
  • Support with training initiatives, job descriptions, and MBO building
  • Provide assistance with Emergency Action Plans
  • Create and maintain CEO calendar and meeting
  • Prepare meeting documents, record meeting minutes and action tracker
  • Manage company and internal CEO reports
  • Organize and manage company files and documentation
  • Manage all networking material
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects through SAP
  • Other duties as assigned
