Requirements

  • 3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience in Planning, Marketing, Analytic, and/or Logistics Required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate business management principles across all responsibilities to maintain a unified and strategic approach to achieving company objectives
  • Spearhead the annual and mid-to-long-term strategic planning processes, encompassing the definition and refinement of the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities
  • Oversee the implementation of business goals, ensuring seamless alignment with the company’s overarching objectives while tracking progress through measurable benchmarks
  • Deliver comprehensive strategic management support to drive the effective execution of organizational objectives and initiatives
  • Lead feasibility assessments for key initiatives across subsidiaries, providing detailed analyses and actionable recommendations to optimize resource allocation and project success
  • Present evaluations and insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic alignment of subsidiary activities with organizational objectives
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for key projects, enhancing operational efficiency and synergy across subsidiaries
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify actionable opportunities for subsidiaries to streamline operations and improve
  • Cultivate strong communication channels to convey the strategic vision and plan to internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and board members
  • Organize and lead regular update meetings to provide insights on strategic initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization
  • Perform comprehensive research on global and regional industry trends, uncovering long-term business opportunities that align with strategic goals
  • Synthesize complex market data into actionable insights, delivering well-structured summaries and analyses of emerging trends and market dynamics
