About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Planning and Analysis to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This person will provide accurate, timely, and relevant insight for operational & financial performance. They will ensure data has integrity and is consistent between various monthly and quarterly reports. They will also assist with implementation of business solutions through data, technology and analytics related to reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics or relevant field
  • At least four (4) years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Solid foundation in retail real estate fundamentals, including the ability to understand operational metrics and key performance indicators
  • Advanced level proficiency with level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI or similar tools

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate level proficiency with OneStream.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with JD Edwards (or similar accounting software).

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, reliable, and timely reporting and analysis of operational and financial results.
  • Prepare and support monthly and quarterly reporting for Senior Leadership, Board of Directors, and Investors, including but not limited to monthly results and ad hoc analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board of Directors monthly and quarterly reports, and the quarterly Supplemental.
  • Prepare and support reporting and analysis on budgeting and forecasting for property level NOI, operating metrics, and capital expenditures.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting system preparation and process.
  • Identify and implement business solutions through data, technology, and automation. Develop dashboards, analytic models, and visualizations that enable self-service analytics and improve reporting efficiency across the organization.
