The Senior Analyst, Benefits & HR is a senior individual contributor on the Analytics, Benefits & Compensation team and plays a critical role in delivering an effective, consistent, and high quality benefits experience for employees. This role owns the execution and day to day administration of benefits programs, employee inquiries, communications, and open enrollment while bringing rigor, clarity, and process discipline to how benefits are delivered across the organization. The role works closely with the HR Advisory team as a trusted benefits subject matter expert, particularly where benefits and leave intersect with employee relations, helping Advisory partners manage risk and support employees effectively. Through strong partnership, clear communication, and disciplined execution, this role elevates how benefits are understood, experienced, and supported across the business.
