This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of advertising campaigns for self-service clients of the Magenta Advertising Platform. The role uncovers deep insights and drives strategic decisions through advanced analytics. They are a member of the platform operations team, supporting clients in effectively leveraging the self-serve platform for campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting, while also supplying insights and recommendations on how to more effectively achieve client goals throughout campaign lifecycles. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they work closely with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity and accessibility while collaborating with teams across the organization to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics or similar degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, Google Analytics)
  • 2-4 years Experience in online e-commerce or on-line support environments.
  • 2-4 years Experience in advanced business analytics, which include testing, competitive analysis, surveys, & market research.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Be the Performance and Analytics contact for self-service clients, particularly with their internal analytics groups, representing the Magenta Advertising Platform's capabilities and outcomes for those groups.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to help clients understand campaign effectiveness and media spend efficiency. Partner with AdOps and Customer Success to deliver actionable performance recommendations.
  • Early involvement in client projects to define reporting and measurement needs & incorporating those needs into the campaign design and execution.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews by preparing in-depth performance analyses, trend insights, and strategic recommendations to demonstrate campaign value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze performance at scale to surface common campaign configurations associated with high or low success rates.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into the overall health of the self-serve business, covering metrics such as customer growth, platform usage, campaign outcomes, and revenue performance.
  • Gain and maintain overall industry knowledge, product expertise, and best practices. Share knowledge formally and informally with team members and the larger T-Ads organization.
