Senior AI Enablement Specialist

Curriculum Associates

About The Position

At Curriculum Associates, we believe in the potential of every child and are changing the face of education technology with award-winning learning programs like i-Ready that serve a third of the nation’s K–8 students. For more than 50 years, our commitment to making classrooms better places, serving educators, and supporting accessible learning experiences for all students has driven the continuous improvement of our innovative programs. Our team of more than 2,500 employees is composed of lifelong learners who stand behind this mission, working tirelessly to serve the educational community with world-class programs and support every day. Reporting to the Director of AI Adoption, the Senior Ai Enablement Specialist will help Curriculum Associates translate AI capability into practical, repeatable, high impact ways of working across the company. This role sits at the intersection of AI fluency, workflow design, enablement, and change management. This is not a software engineering, model development, or enterprise architecture role. Instead, this role focuses on helping leaders and teams identify where AI can meaningfully improve work, redesign workflows to incorporate AI effectively, build reusable assets and playbooks, and drive sustained adoption aligned with CA’s mission, policies, and priorities. The right candidate combines strong business judgment, hands on fluency with modern AI tools, experience guiding behavior change, and the ability to move from idea to operational practice.
