Salary range $75,000 to $90,000 for this position if candidate is based in Denver.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary champion and internal spokesperson for all AI initiatives across Cardinal, including custom-built solutions, enterprise platforms (Google Gemini, Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise), and emerging capabilities.
  • Own product management responsibilities for AI tools and custom solutions — including maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs, coordinating release activities, communicating updates to stakeholders, and measuring adoption and business impact.
  • Facilitate and manage the Cardinal AI Champions Club — a structured program enabling citizen AI developers and vibe-coders across the organization to contribute to AI-driven value delivery in a formal, governed, and repeatable way. This includes recruiting and onboarding champions, running regular meetings, managing a contribution backlog, enforcing code-of-conduct and governance standards, and celebrating wins.
  • Perform business analyst activities including stakeholder interviews, workflow documentation, process mapping, and requirements gathering to ensure AI solutions are built around genuine business needs.
  • Partner closely with the AI engineering team and Sr. Director, AI and Architecture to translate gathered requirements into clearly defined solution briefs and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to improve and differentiate Cardinal's use of AI and automation technology.
  • Prepare for new platform releases — reviewing release notes for Gemini, Google Workspace, and other managed tools, assessing organizational impact, and coordinating release readiness activities.
  • Develop and deliver organizational enablement resources including training materials, guides, demo videos, and communications in coordination with the Learning & Development team.
