As a Sr Agile Coach within PNC's technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. In this position, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams and senior enterprise leaders through product development lifecycles, driving cultural change, and spearheading organizational transformation. You will challenge conventional thinking that hinders progress and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Provides expertise and leadership for multiple teams, senior enterprise leaders and product development lifecycles. Effective in driving cultural change and leading transformation. Challenges conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.

Nice To Haves

  • SAFe SPC Certification (version 5.0 or higher).
  • Proven experience in: ○ Launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) from discovery through embedment. ○ Leading Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) transformations. ○ Teaching SAFe-certified classes and enabling others to teach.
  • Strong knowledge of: ○ Product Owner/Manager roles. ○ Leading SAFe practices.
  • Ability to drive organizational agility and coach at scale.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching multiple teams, including establishing new teams and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to advance process maturity and optimize practices.
  • Driving transformation initiatives and facilitating cultural change across the organization.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance delivery and outcomes.
  • Provides coaching to groups of teams team(s), including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress.
  • Identifying learning and development opportunities for multiple teams on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed.
