Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in agile coaching, program management, or digital service delivery.
Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) or equivalent.
Undergraduate degree required.
Secret – IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC.

Responsibilities

Enable delivery teams to adopt agile and perform development activities effectively.
Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using agile principles.
Drive strategic change across the organization to support adoption of agile techniques.
Embed an agile culture using a wide range of agile and lean methodologies and frameworks.
Provide coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring to teams and leadership.
Enable stakeholders to access accurate and current project or program status without disrupting delivery.
Apply best practices and tools for team roles, behaviors, structure, culture, agile ceremonies and practices, knowledge transfer, program management, cross-team coordination, and overall governance of digital service delivery.
Define and maintain key metrics and requirements that support teams and delivery outcomes.
Equip staff with the ability to coach others effectively.
Provide executive coaching at the organization level on fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design.
