About The Position

The Enterprise Senior Affiliate Manager is responsible for leading the -day-to-day performance, optimization, and strategic execution of complex, -high-value- enterprise affiliate programs. This role manages Affiliate Managers and Account Coordinators while driving enterprise-level- program strategy, advanced performance insights, and scalable growth initiatives. The Enterprise Senior Affiliate Manager ensures exceptional delivery quality, supports multi-layered client engagements, and contributes to long-term- enterprise portfolio health, satisfaction, and retention. · Oversees: Account Manager(s), Account Coordinator(s) · Reports to: Director / Senior Director

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Program Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute enterprise level affiliate strategies aligned to complex client goals, long-range growth plans, and multi-channel business priorities.
  • Establish program KPIs and action plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise forecasting, pacing, and performance expectations.
  • Lead enterprise grade onboarding processes, ensuring cross functional- readiness and strategic alignment for large-scale program launches.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of key enterprise accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic execution.
  • Performance Insights, Analytics & Optimization
  • Synthesize enterprise level performance insights, connecting data to strategic recommendations, and measurable action plans.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in enterprise client KPIs, attribution impacts, publisher mix, and funnel contribution.
  • Validate the quality of reporting and insights delivered by AMs and ACs, ensuring enterprise-level- rigor and accuracy.
  • Develop forecasts, set budgets, and adhere to enterprise program targets with strong pacing discipline.
  • Lead recruitment, activation, compliance, and communication with affiliates, prioritizing high impact partnerships that drive scalable enterprise growth.
  • Client Leadership & Communication
  • Lead client facing meetings and strategic discussions, presenting insights, recommendations, and forward looking- plans tailored to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Communicate performance results and secure buy in- from senior client decision-makers.
  • Act as a strategic escalation point, resolving complex client, program, and publisher issues with cross-functional coordination.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners to secure premium placements, added exposure, and negotiated deals.
  • Risk Management & Contingency Planning
  • Identify enterprise-level- risks early (tracking issues, publisher churn, budget shifts, competitive pressure) and develop mitigation plans.
  • Escalate critical risks to the Director/Senior Director with recommended solutions and scenario-based- contingency options.
  • Ensure enterprise clients receive proactive communication and confidence-building -updates during periods of volatility.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Conduct routine one-on--one- meetings with Account Managers and Coordinators to review performance, progress, and upcoming action plans.
  • Coach and mentor AMs and ACs to develop enterprise-level- capabilities, including advanced analytics, strategic storytelling, and forecasting discipline.
  • Participate in performance reviews for Account Managers and Coordinators.
  • Support the development of future enterprise-ready talent, contributing to succession planning and capability building.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with analytics, finance, and media planning teams to ensure affiliate strategies align with broader enterprise business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, automation, and enterprise delivery efficiency.
  • Articulate and educate clients on Gen3’s services and offerings, positioning enterprise level value, and expansion opportunities.
  • Growth, Innovation & Service Expansion
  • Identify and proactively promote opportunities to expand enterprise client engagements, including new services, strategic tests, and partnership innovations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow enterprise affiliate performance through acquisition, retention, and optimization tactics.
  • Source, develop, and nurture high-value affiliate partnerships that support enterprise channel objectives.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, ensuring enterprise-level accuracy and insight depth.
  • Respect and maintain all role-specific- quality standards, best practices, and procedures outlined by Delivery Leaders and Operations Teams.
  • Contribute to enterprise level best-practice development, sharing learnings and scalable frameworks across teams.
