About The Position

As Affiliate Manager on the Growth Marketing team, you’ll manage the strategy and execution of OnePay’s affiliate and influencer programs. You’ll manage key partner relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. You will:

Requirements

• 5+ years of affiliate and/or influencer marketing experience with proven performance results
• Expertise managing platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, or Rakuten
• Strong analytical and creative skills; able to interpret data and optimize messaging
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills across teams and partners
• Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition, engagement, and profitable performance
• Source, pitch, and onboard new partners through proactive market outreach and relationship-building
• Oversee budget, forecasting, and creative execution—optimizing campaigns for ROI and compliance
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and inform strategy improvements
• Own creative updates, testing, and compliance reviews to ensure high-performing, audit-ready campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align affiliate initiatives with company marketing and product goals
