About The Position

The Senior Aesthetics Recruiter will be a growth catalyst for Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, serving as more than a traditional recruiter. This role combines elements of talent acquisition, business development, and strategic market expansion. The Senior Aesthetics Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing experienced providers and practice leaders who not only align with AMP’s culture of excellence but also bring with them established client bases, allowing new practices to generate revenue from day one. Success in this role requires more than filling requisitions; it demands the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with high-performing talent across the aesthetics and Med Spa industry. Leveraging deep market knowledge, credibility, and a strong professional network, the Senior Aesthetics Recruiter will build pipelines of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, RNs, Injectors, estheticians, and practice managers who are capable of anchoring and elevating AMP’s De Novo practices nationwide. With responsibility for driving 40+ hires annually, the Senior Aesthetics Recruiter will operate with the urgency and impact of a dealmaker, matching top talent to growth opportunities, accelerating practice ramp-up, and ensuring AMP continues to be recognized as the premium Med Spa platform of choice. This is not a standard recruiting role; it is an opportunity to directly shape AMP’s national growth strategy by forging partnerships with exceptional providers, building practice leadership from the ground up, and fueling enterprise value through people. This position requires regular use of discretion and judgement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the aesthetics industry
  • Established network of aesthetic injectors and aestheticians
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting high-performing provider with a proven ability to source and close passive candidates in a competitive, relationship-driven talent market.
  • Experience managing large-scale recruitment pipelines (50+ hires per year) in a high-growth, multi-site environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand provider production goals and their impact on de novo success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with aggressive growth targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding hiring goals while maintaining high quality of hire.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms; ability to leverage data to inform recruitment strategy.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or related clinical recruiting.
  • Proven ability to source and place licensed injectors, estheticians, and practice managers.
  • Knowledge of licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements in aesthetics/healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on experienced aesthetic injectors and aestheticians, from sourcing and outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging deep networks within the aesthetics industry, competitive intelligence, professional associations, conferences, and direct outreach.
  • Build trusted relationships with top injectors and aestheticians nationwide to position AMP as the premier destination for career growth.
  • Partner closely with the SVP of Growth & De Novo Execution and practice leadership teams to align hiring goals with de novo launch timelines.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple markets, ensuring timely delivery of talent for 25+ new locations annually.
  • Maintain a live pipeline of top candidates, proactively engaging passive talent and building long-term relationships to support AMP’s ongoing growth.
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluations to assess both clinical competency and cultural alignment.
  • Serve as a persuasive ambassador for AMP, clearly articulating the benefits of joining a high-growth, well-capitalized platform.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and injector production ramp-up post-hire.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and practice operations teams to support employer branding initiatives and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
