The Senior Aesthetics Recruiter will be a growth catalyst for Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, serving as more than a traditional recruiter. This role combines elements of talent acquisition, business development, and strategic market expansion. The Senior Aesthetics Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing experienced providers and practice leaders who not only align with AMP’s culture of excellence but also bring with them established client bases, allowing new practices to generate revenue from day one. Success in this role requires more than filling requisitions; it demands the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with high-performing talent across the aesthetics and Med Spa industry. Leveraging deep market knowledge, credibility, and a strong professional network, the Senior Aesthetics Recruiter will build pipelines of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, RNs, Injectors, estheticians, and practice managers who are capable of anchoring and elevating AMP’s De Novo practices nationwide. With responsibility for driving 40+ hires annually, the Senior Aesthetics Recruiter will operate with the urgency and impact of a dealmaker, matching top talent to growth opportunities, accelerating practice ramp-up, and ensuring AMP continues to be recognized as the premium Med Spa platform of choice. This is not a standard recruiting role; it is an opportunity to directly shape AMP’s national growth strategy by forging partnerships with exceptional providers, building practice leadership from the ground up, and fueling enterprise value through people.
